I am an independent legal and governance advisor with experience as General Counsel, Company Secretary and EVP Legal & Compliance at a publicly listed international platform business with listings on Euronext Amsterdam (AEX), NASDAQ and the London Stock Exchange.
I support boards, executive teams and legal departments on complex, high-impact matters requiring senior judgment, commercial pragmatism and international experience.
My background combines private practice training in corporate law and M&A with extensive in-house leadership experience in a global listed environment. In my most recent executive role, I was a member of the Executive Committee and reported directly to the Management Board, advising on legal, governance and strategic matters at board level.
I have been closely involved in IPOs and listings across multiple jurisdictions, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and large-scale business restructurings, and have led international legal teams supporting cross-border operations.
